Blažeković: CPP has a strong program and organizational structure

klemo boris korijeni 2015Split, 18th March 2015 - "Objectives such as the introduction of the Croatian language as the official language of our people, through economic autonomy to the creation of a solid national identity have been achieved through three century old historical idea of Croatian People's Party", said Blažeković, head of the Academy and CPP's Member of Parliament at a public tribune in Split about historical roots of Croatian People's Party - Liberal Democrats.

Blažeković spoke about the history of idea of Croatian People's Party since the mid-19th century to the present day, prominent figures who fought through their own work, in literature and in other arts, and then in particular political movements.

"As CPP's organization in Splitsko-dalmatinska County, we are heirs of this historical idea in Dalmatia", said the host of public tribune and CPP's president of Splitsko-dalmatinska County Klement Bašić. He noted great names as don Mihovil Pavlinović, Gajo Bulat, Luka Botić, Juraj Biankini and Natko Nodilo.

"Croatian People's Party founded in 1990. is the successor of the historical idea of Croatian People's Party, today has 44,000 members in 490 subsidiaries. This is a third party in Croatia, regardless of the survey, as it has a strong program, a strong organizational structure and achieves the targets as established policy of civic center", concluded Blažeković.

The event was held as part of the regular activities of CPP's Political Academy, its 2nd department of advanced education in general policy, at the premises of CPP's Splitsko-dalmatinska county organization.
