The lecture was held by Professor Boško Picula from the High School of International Relations and Diplomacy Dag Hammarskjöld from Zagreb.

Professor Picula presented forms of political systems that we can find in the world today, from the western poliarchies to military dictatorship. Special attention during the lecture was devoted to the explanation of the term Western poliarchies, coined by American political scientist Robert Dahl, with respect that this category of political systems includes Croatia. The second part of the lecture was about the constitutional government and the development of the idea of limited government from the Magna Carta to the present.

Next week will be held the fifth and last lecture on comparative political systems, and will begin a series of lectures on political doctrines.
