sisacka nekretnine gospodarstvo Zagreb, 1st April 2016 - At the session of the Presidency of Sisačko-moslavačka county organization on 18th March themes of Academy's seminars were presented: "Law on the assessment of property values in the local and regional government" and "Administrative and para-load economy".

The first topic was presented by Academy's teacher Marija Bilman, who stressed the importance of the Act, which systematically regulates the issues of valuation of property, that will contribute to legal certainty for investors and property owners, as well as the uniformity of valuation of property in court proceedings.

The second theme was presented by Nenad Radošević, President of CPP's subsidiary Petrinja who spoke about the importance of the sector of professional and business services in the development of modern European economy, as well as the removal of administrative barriers and costs of regulation to the business sector. Radošević also mentioned the measures to increase the competitiveness of the economy.
