CPP's Vukovarsko-srijemska county visited Croatian Parliament

vukovarska1Zagreb, 31st of January - As part of the Academy's 3rd Department for the organisational strengthening of the party, the branch presidents of CPP's Vukovar-srijem county visited Croatia's Parliament on the Academy's invitation.

 

They were greeted there by Andreja Horvat Friščić, Head of the parliamentary vice-president's Office, after which a tour of the parliament was initiated. After the tour, all attendees participated a session led by CPP's parliamentary vice-president Milorad Batinić, and they concluded their visit in CPP's Parliamentary representatives Club's facilities where they were greeted by Ivica Mandić, CPP's parliamentary representative and Iva Žutić, the Club's Secretary. The other parliamentary representatives took part in parliamentary Committee sessions and they were joined by Petar Baranović, CPP's parliamentary representative before the end of their visit.

Žutić spoke about the Club's work, parliamentary services and committees as well as greatly needed field initiatives in order for the Club to function as best as possible, because the inclusion of CPP officials and members from county organisations can make an even greater contribution to a more quality work of the party itself.

After the official visit to the parliament, a work meeting was held in the Academy on the subject of working and difficulties of CPP branch presidents as well as the party's activity patterns in the forthcoming period. Boris Blažeković, CPP's parliamentary representative and the Director of the Academy, spoke on the aforementioned subject.

The next Academy-organised visit to Croatia's Parliament and the Academy is scheduled for February 13th, when CPP's Osijek-baranja county organisation will visit the parliament and the Academy.
