The Academy's 3rd Department continues its work on the subject of organisation of the campaign

rijeka zareZagreb, 31st of January – The Academy's 3rd Department for the organisational strengthening of the party continues in holding field seminars about the organisation of the campaign. After the Slavnoija-baranja and Dalmatia regional alliances it's Rijeka's turn, the headquarters of Istra-primorje-gorje-Lika region of CPP. The seminar was moderated by Žarko Stilin, it's secretary.

Speaking about the goal of the campaign, the functions in county and local election headquarters, Stilin put importance on the campaign plan on the events schedule which means that, at every moment, it must be known who, what, where and why and in what way is done (the White book).

He continued by commenting on the campaign budget, the role of volunteers in the campaign, the door-to-door campaign and the election day activities.

"It is important to define a headquarters – a campaign team, to create a campaign plan, to identify the voters and to make a tour of the potential and ambivalent ones", said Stilin at the conclusion of his lecture which he ended with a sentence about D-day (election day) from Abraham Lincoln in 1840.

"Organize the entire country so that every sympathizer of the party can be brought to the polling station, make a precise list of all voters and estimate with large probability whom they will vote for, continually supervise ambivalent voters and make sure they talk with those who they have the most trust in. Work hard in order to make sure every sympathizer goes out to the polling station on election day."

The seminar was attended by all officials of CPP's Istra-primorje-gorje-Lika regional alliance counties, and Srećko Ferenčak, CPP Head Secretary with his Central office co-workers, gave the forewords.
