Zagreb, 5th December – Within the Sixth department of the Academy for publishing, Academy has collected over the years a large number of interesting material that we decided to issue in the form of brochures, manuals and catalogs. By the end of December 2012 The Academy will issue a manual entitled "Budget in local nad regional government - examples from practice" and is preparing the next manual that is thematically linked to the upcoming 2013 local elections.
