CPP of Koprivničko-križevačka keeps continuous education

Koprivnica, 12th January 2015 - Koprivničko-križevačka county organization leaves nothing to a chance. At the session of the Presidency they talked about the planning, execution and implementation of the budget in local and regional government and the Law on Financial Operations and Accounting of nonprofit organizations.

Speaking about the budget vice president of CPP's Koprivničko-križevačka county organization and coordinator of the teachers of the Academy of Koprivničko-križevačka county organization Goran Pakasin presented the main parts of the Academy's seminar on this topic held in Zagreb, where the lecturers were Srđan Gjurković, Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Finance and the state budget, Milorad Batinić, mayor of the City of Ivanec and Goran Kovačević, Deputy Mayor of the City of Split. Education about the Law on Financial Operations and Accounting of nonprofit organizations held Matija Zamljačanec, teacher of the Academy and president of the Youth of CPP's Koprivničko-križevačka county organization. The Act came into force on January 1st 2015, so substantial changes were presented to members who lead or participate in the work of NGOs. Melita Samoborec, president of county organisation introduced all present with the topic.

CPP's Koprivničko-križevačka county currently competes to be the best CPP's county organisation in the implementation of seminars on the field. In the specified category the prize is smiling for winning the first place at the 10th jubilee of the Academy meetings for all selected representatives in local and regional government, which will be held this year on Sunday, July 5th.
